We're very pleased with the PacifiCare group plan you arranged -- they are fast, efficient, and the price is very reasonable. The self-directed concept works really well for our varying needs. You can rollover what you didn't spend one year and use the extra to help pay for a complete physical, for example. The website is very useful: you can check on your SDHC balance, review bills, order lost cards, download forms, etc. when it's convenient for you without ever having to call the office.
